Informant has admitted in his written report that unknown person had lobbed bomb causing injury to Mantu Kumar Mandal and same person opened fire causing firearm injury to him. So far as petitioner is concerned, it is stated that on the alleged date of occurrence, petitioner was seen at the house of Sanoj Mandal along with other FIR named accused persons. Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that on the same day, petitioner lodged Sabour P.S. case no. 227/2015 against the informant of the present case and others and that is the reason of false implication of the petitioner in the alleged crime. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate
