This application, for grant of regular bail, arises out of Galgalia Police Station Case No. 19 of 2023, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) and 41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

It is alleged that 388.800 litres of illicit Indian Made foreign liquor has been recovered from the vehicle in which the petitioner is said to have drived. The petitioner is in custody since 04.04.2023 and he has clean antecedent.

Considering the fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District Judge-II-cumSpecial Judge (Excise)-I, Kishanganj, in connection with Galgalia Police Station Case No. 19 of 2023.
