Agarwal, the learned senior Advocate for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition in order to enable the petitioner to prefer an appeal against the order dated 26.05.2018 passed by the S.D.O, Sadar, Bhagalpur/ Licensing Authority cancelling his license.

Should such an appeal be filed within a period of 60 days, the same shall be looked into and after providing
