Petitioner is named in the first information report but no specific overt-act has been attributed against him. Moreover, earlier the petitioner was granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a Bench of this court vide order dated 10.04.2012 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 36972 of 2011 but petitioner could not surrender before the court below in time and later on, he was remanded in this case on 11.09.2014.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
