It is submitted by learned counsel for the appellant that the instant appeal has been preferred against the acquittal judgment passed in complaint case filed by the appellant and in this matter S.L.A must be filed but due to bonafide mistake the instant appeal has been filed accordingly the appellant wants to withdraw this appeal with a liberty to file S.L.A against the judgment impugned.

In view of above-mentioned prayer the instant appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the appellant to file S.L.A against the judgment impugned and if any delay is found in filing the S.L.A by the office then it shall not be
