The petitioner seeks bail in Laukahi P.S. Case No. 119 of 2012 registered under sections 20, 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act. The police intercepted a motorcycle and apprehended one Santosh Kr. Sah. It is alleged that one person managed to flee away. It is submitted that from the motorcycle belonging to the petitioner 16 kg ganja was recovered. It is submitted that the petitioner is the owner of the motorcycle and Santosh Kr. Sah had taken the motorcycle of the petitioner and he was carrying ganja from whose possession 16kg ganja was recovered. It is submitted that Santosh Kr. Sah has already been enlarged on bail vide Cri. Misc. No. 44213 of 2013.

Considering the aforesaid facts, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51542 of 2014 (4) dt.07-05-2015 2/2 bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Ist Additional Sessions Judge -cum-Special Judge, Madhubani in Laukahi P.S.
