There is general allegation against the petitioners that they caught hold of the deceased at the time of alleged occurrence but, according to prosecution case itself, it was the co-accused Surendra Singh who took out pistol from his waist and shot fire on the deceased. Moreover, it appears that the alleged occurrence took place on account of land dispute and previous litigation. Considering the facts aforesaid and submission of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/ - (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief
