The petitioner being the husband of the informant is languishing in custody since 24.12.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 498A and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of torture and making assault. The injury has been brought on record as Annexure-2 which suggests swelling and bruise.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is still ready to keep the informant as wife with full dignity and honour. Statement to that effect has been made in para 11 of the petition, which reads as follows:-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15003 of 2015 (02) dt.07-05-2015 2/2 "That petitioner is ready to keep his wife with full dignity." Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Gogari P.S.
