The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 233 of 2020 dated 19.06.2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 399, 402 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner has allegedly been arrested while making preparations for committing dacoity.

However, it has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Regard being had to the afore-stated facts, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari, in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 233 of 2020.
