JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be husband of the informant but submission on his behalf is that 10 years ago he was kidnapped and forcefully got married with the informant. It is further submitted on behalf of the petitioner that father of the petitioner lodged Ghoshi P.S. Case No. 77 of 2013 against the native people of the informant. But later on petitioner accepted the aforesaid marriage and started leading his conjugal life with the informant but informant lodged this false case against the petitioner to put pressure upon him so that he may part his ways from his other family members.

No.51235 of 2014 (3) dt.03-04-2015 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as this aspect of the matter, that petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 13.10.2014, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Hilsa, District Nalanda in connection with Islampur P.S.
