Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Khagaria (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 825 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 385 and 387 of the Indian Penal Code.

Some extortion is said to have been demanded from the informant by three mobile numbers, namely, 7488099022, 9762907608 and 8796216364.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has no concern with the aforesaid occurrence. He has been falsely implicated in this case due to misunderstanding. Subsequently, the informant has realized his

No.31452 of 2019(2) dt.13-05-2019 2/2 fault and filed petition before the C.J.M. submitting that the mobile no. 7488099022 is belonging to the petitioner, who happens to be his own Sala and the said number has wrongly been mentioned by him in the written report due to misunderstanding. Petitioner happens to be student having no criminal antecedent.

On the other hand, learned APP opposed the bail prayer of the petitioner.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Khagaria in connection with Khagaria (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 825 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
