The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 353, 307 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

The matter relates to misuse of privilege of bail for 10 years. Petitioner has been surrendered on 8.10.2014. Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes that petitioner would co-operate with the proceeding in the court below and he will remain physically present on day to day basis.

Looking to the statement made at the Bar, let petitioner, Ramayan Sahani alias Baharan Sahani, be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51416 of 2014 (2) dt.03-03-2015 furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Ist Additional Sessions Judge, Saran at Chapra in Masarakh (Panapur) P.S. Case No.61 of 2002, Tr. No.305 of 2003, subject to the conditions that (i) one of the bailors shall be wife of the petitioner (ii) If the petitioner is found involved in future in similar type of case the prosecution will be at liberty to make prayer for cancellation of his bail and the court below will pass necessary order including cancellation of bail and (iii) petitioner would participate in the court proceeding and in the event of being absent on two consecutive dates, the court below will be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner.
