1. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 69 of the BNS, 2023.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits petitioners are person with clean antecedent petitioner No. 2 is a woman and informant alleges that Pawan enticed her minor daughter aged about 15 years for marrying on 27.03.2025 and they fled to Bangaluru and Pawan established physical relation,

No.41121 of 2026(2) dt.08-07-2026 2/3 further Pawan brought the victim back to his home on 27.04.2025, thereafter a panchayati was convened in which Pawan disclosed that he has not married the victim, but will marry and keep her, thereafter they started living together, but ultimately Pawan refused to marry the victim though he had kept establishing physical relations, further on 04.05.2025 the named accused persons including the petitioner assaulted the victim and ousted her from the house, the victim came and disclosed about the occurrence.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant, it is next submitted that from perusal of the allegation as alleged in the FIR, it would manifest that thrust of the allegation is against Pawan and petitioners being parents and younger brother of Pawan came to be implicated with general and omnibus allegation of assault and ousting the victim from their house, it is also submitted that if privilege of anticipatory bail is granted, the petitioners will not abscond rather will cooperate in the investigation to prove his innocence.
4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the anticipatory bail application of the petitioners.

5. Considering the submissions and taking into consideration , the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Goroul (O.P. Katahara) P.S. Case No. 320 of 2025 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of the BNSS. The application stands allowed.
