JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-03-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in jail since 08.03.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 394 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.
Four persons robbed `6,99,100/- on pistol point when the petitioner and one Bikram @ Bikram Kumar Pal were apprehended when two live cartridges were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Subsequently, on confession of coaccused Ravi Shankar Sah and Baba, two pistols and four cartridges were recovered.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no robbed article was recovered from the petitioner. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ADJ-IV, Patna City in connection with Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 68 of 2014.
