Although, it is alleged that petitioner was caught on the spot but nothing was recovered from his conscious possession. Petitioner is in jail custody since 19.05.2015.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Manish Kumar Sahi, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Sadar Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Motihari Town P.S. Case No. 311 of 2015.
