JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 01-10-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the Food Corporation of India. In this case, the petitioner is challenging his transfer order from Phulwarisharif to Saharsa. In the writ petition, it has been stated that the daughter of the petitioner is suffering from blood cancer and it is required that he should remain near to his daughter as she has been treated in Paras HMRI Hospital, Patna.
This Court has requested Mr. Tekriwal, learned counsel, to take instruction from the Food Corporation of India
Patna High Court CWJC No.15001 of 2018(6) dt.01-10-2018 2/2 for adjustment of the petitioner to any other place around the Patna and today, it has been informed by Mr. Tekriwal, learned counsel, that the petitioner could be adjusted at Mokama Depot. Accordingly, this Court directs the General Manager, Food Corporation of India, to modify the order of transfer by substituting "Saharsa" with Mokama". With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
