Patna High Court CWJC No.1432 of 2018 (3) dt.23-07-2018 2/2 already filed such petition annexed as Annexure-9 to this writ petition before the Land Acquisition Officer. Prayer is allowed.
The Land Acquisition Officer is directed to dispose of the petition in accordance with law and till disposal of the petition the Land Acquisition Authority shall stay the payment of compensation to any party.
With this observation, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
