JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 20-06-2019 By way of present modification application, the petitioner seeks to modify the order dated 12.04.2019 passed in Cr. Appeal (SJ) No. 1289 of 2019, by which, the prayer of the petitioners for grant of pre-arrest bail was allowed. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that due to some mistake, the alias name of father of petitioner no. 1, as mentioned in the Aadhar Card has not been brought on record and due to which, petitioner no. 1 was not allowed to furnish the bail bonds and, therefore, prayed for modification of the order dated 12.04.2019 and also for extension of time.

Having considered the submission as well as the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33969 of 2019(2) dt.20-06-2019 2/2 averments made in the modification application, order dated 12.04.2019, is modified to the extent that let the name of father of petitioner no. 1 be read as Late Sukhari Sah @ Devnandan Sah.

Accordingly, this modification application is allowed and further two weeks' time is allowed to the petitioner from the date of receipt of this order, to surrender in the court below. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the concerned court below forthwith.
