Petitioner is in jail custody since 11.08.2015 on the accusation that he along with two others kidnapped the informant/victim but according to the prosecution itself, the informant/victim returned to her home safely. Although the victim stated that she was teased by the petitioner but she has not made any allegation of rape against the petitioner. No doubt, victim is said to be minor at the time of alleged occurrence but taking note of the aforesaid facts as well as submissions of the parties, particularly, keeping in mind that the investigation has already been completed and the victim has compromised this case, let the petitioner, above named, be
