The petitioner is accused in connection with Dehri (T) P.S. Case No. 565 of 2012 registered under Sections 20(1-b), 22, 23, 24 and 27(A) of the N.D.P.S. Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected on merit vide order dated 02.04.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 46750 of 2013 by this Court and he is in custody since 27.12.2012. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and quantity of seized Ganja, I find no ground to reconsider the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
