1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioners were appointed as Panchayat teachers and have filed the present writ application for a direction to the respondent parties to pay the salary to the petitioners from the month of February, 2018.

3. Learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioners have directly approached this Court for redressal of their grievances, whereas under the recruitment rules, the District Appellate Authority has been constituted for redressal of grievances of the Panchayat teachers. The District Appellate

4. In view of the aforesaid, the present writ application is disposed with liberty to the petitioners to file an appeal before the District Appellate Authority within a period of one month from today. If such, an appeal is filed along with condonation of delay petition, the District Appellate Authority is directed to dispose the same in accordance with law within a reasonable time period.

5. With the aforesaid observation, the matter is disposed of.
