The petitioner is languishing in custody since 26.11.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
It is alleged that the petitioner and one Sintu were travelling on motorcycle in wrong side which was objected by the son-in-law of the informant then co-accused Sintu fired from his pistol causing injury to the son-in-law of the informant. Subsequently, petitioner was caught on spot.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is neighbour of the informant and in
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13001 of 2015 (02) dt.01-04-2015 2/2 the background of land dispute the accusation has been levelled. The injury has been found to be simple.
A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Gopalganj in connection with Bhore P.S.
