The petitioner is in custody in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No.149 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 11.03.2019. He further submits that the marriage took place between the petitioner and informant. The petitioner is ready to keep his wife full honour and dignity. Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to
