The petitioners are languishing in custody since 31.10.2014 in a cased registered for the offences punishable under sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Accusation is of kidnapping the daughter of the informant by one Mister Khan @ Amir Khan.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are maternal uncle and maternal grand father of Amir Akhan with whom the victim girl being major has married and considering the same warrant of arrest issued against Mister Khan @ Amir Khan has been stayed by the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.178 of 2015 (2) dt.08-01-2015 learned District and Sessions Judge, Saran vide order dated 26.11.2014 passed in A.B.P. No. 2751 of 2014 and statement to this effect has been made in paragraph 6 of the petition. Considering the aforesaid facts let the above named petitioners be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Dighwara P.S. Case no. 171 of 2014 .
