JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 15-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The statement of victim recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. shows that she solemnized her marriage with the petitioner by her own sweet will. The doctor found the victim aged about between 14 to 15 years whereas victim disclosed her age as 18 years at the time of recording her statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
