JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 27-10-2021 The petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 10.06.2020 passed in Cr.Misc. No.10500 of 2020, whereby the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail. Counsel submits that the petitioner's mother is stated to be old and infirm. He further submits that the petitioner has been deserted by his wife and under such circumstances, close relative cannot be arranged for standing as a bailor. He submits that in the circumstance he is being deprived benefit of the order dated 10.06.2020, whereby he has been allowed anticipatory bail. Instead of close relative, he may be permitted to bring a relative as a bailor.

Having regard to the aforesaid submissions, Condition

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48937 of 2021(2) dt.27-10-2021 2/2 No.(i) in the order dated 10.06.2020 stands modified and instead of close relative, a relative may be permitted to be one of the bailors in compliance with the Condition No.(i) of the said order.

Two weeks' further time from today is granted to the petitioner for surrendering before the court below. The order dated 10.06.2020 stands modified.
