P.S. case No.159 of 2013 instituted for the offence under Sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa.

Considering the nature of allegations against the Petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Prayer for bail is rejected.
