JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-05-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 29.12.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-AA), 26(1),30 and 35 of the Arms Act. From the house of the petitioner, one country made pistol, two live cartridges, one rifle, one double barrel licensed gun and mobile were recovered.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that recovery was made from the joint family house and the independent witnesses have disputed the place of recovery when double barrel gun was licensee gun of the father of the petitioner. In spite of showing license seizure was made. It is further submitted that investigation has already concluded.

No.15030 of 2015 (2) dt.12-05-2015 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Khagaria in connection with Mansi P.S.
