The petitioner was neither caught at the spot nor anything was recovered from his conscious possession, however, after institution of present case, one case i.e. Raxaul P.S. Case No. 135 of 2014 was registered against the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Raxaul P.S. Case No. 196 of 2013 to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, East Champaran, Motihari.
