This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Itarhi P.S. Case No. 169 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

1266.480 liters of wine is said to have been recovered by the police from a lorry tank. The petitioner was apprehended on the spot.

Considering the huge quantity of illicit liquor said to have been recovered and considering the petitioner's complicity, as indicated in the F.I.R., I am not inclined to grant the petitioner, privilege of regular bail.
