This application, for grant of regular bail, arises out of Harlakhi Police Station Case No. 65 of 2023, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 272, 273, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

It is alleged that 450 litres of illicit liquor has been recovered from the field of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 24.03.2023 and he has clean antecedent. Considering the fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail after framing of charge on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Sessions Judge II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act,
