JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 30-06-2026 Present revision petition has been filed for setting aside the order dated 27.02.2026 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-I-cum-Special Judge (Children Court), Bhagalpur in Special Case (Children) No. 15 of 2025.

2. Now, Section 101(5) of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act provides for filing an appeal before the High Court in accordance with the procedure specified in the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 against the order of the Children's Court.

3. Faced with the situation, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to convert the instant criminal revision petition into an appeal under Section 101(5) of JJ Act.

4. Permission is accorded.
