2. The respondent nos.2 and 3 have appeared and they have explained to this Court the reasons because of which it appears that there was a confusion as to whether the statement made in this Court that the charge-sheet has been submitted was not true. Whereas their submission is that the charge-sheet was filed electronically and later on it was filed physically and when there were some corrections required in the charge-sheet, the same was again corrected.
3. In these circumstances, it appears to be a bonafide
Patna High Court MJC No.1726 of 2025(4) dt.29-08-2025 2/2 mistake which is being condoned and no contempt proceeding is required to be initiated.
4. The investigation of the case has been closed, but the present S.H.O. of Patrakar Nagar P.S. will proceed with the further investigation after obtaining permission from the Court so that the other miscreants involved in the crime are identified and they be punished.
5. With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
