JUSTICE GOPAL PRASAD ORAL ORDER 09-03-2016 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected. It has been reported that all the charge sheeted witnesses have been examined and case is pending on petition for offence under Section 311 I.P.C. filed by the accused who is in custody and medical officer who conducted post mortem examined has not been examined and one of the witness did not cross-examine who have been convicted for offence under Section 304B of Penal Code.

Hence, the trial court is directed to expedite the trial by taking coercive steps against the witnesses including the doctor for his production as a witness and if the process not respected then proceed in accordance with law for non-compliance. With this observation, this petition is disposed of. m.p.
