JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-02-2015 Petitioners are languishing in custody since 06.12.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 34 of the I.P.C. It is alleged that S.S.B personnel intercepted the petitioners while crossing to the Nepal boarder and from the possession of the petitioners four mobiles, SIM of different companies, two ATM cards, driving license of India and Nepal were recovered.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are students and pursuing their studies at Kolkata and the ATM cards were issued by the Axis bank in their favour.
A statement has been made in para 3 of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6546 of 2015 (2) dt.19-02-2015 2/2 petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Jogbani P.S. Case No. 132 of 2014.
