Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Siwaipatti P.S. Case No. 156 of 2021 registered for the offences under Section 304(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is sister-in-law of the deceased. It is also submitted that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the instant case merely because she is relative of the deceased. Further submission is that there is no direct allegation against the petitioner and she has no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the
