JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-02-2015 Petitioner is languishing in custody since 09.07.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 380, 454 of the I.P.C.
Accusation is committing theft in the house of the informant.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that neither any recovery has been made from the possession of the petitioner nor the petitioner has been put on test identification parade. The statement to that effect has been made in para 14 of the petition. It is further submitted that other co-accused has been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 43340 of 2014.
A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6551 of 2015 (2) dt.19-02-2015 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna in connection with Sri Krishnapuri P.S. Case No. 231 of 2014.
