In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Arwal P. S. Case No. 70/2013 and after amalgamation Sessions Trial No. 331/2013 registered for offences under sections 25 (1-b) A/26/35of the Arms Act.

This petitioner had earlier moved before this Court for bail in Cr. Misc. No. 43015/ 2013 and this Court, vide order dated

19. 03.2014 rejected the same with a direction to expedite the trial and conclude it within a period of nine months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.

The report submitted by learned Ad hoc Addl. District & Sessions Judge-I, Jehanbad, shows that six witnesses have

The prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected with a direction to the Court below to conclude the trial as early as possible within a period of six months from today.
