Informant along with his wife while was in a way to their house on a motorcycle, were intercepted by unknown criminals, who on the pretext of firearm snatched away motorcycle.

From perusal of the case diary, it is apparent that petitioner along with others were apprehended in connection with Motipur P. S. Case no.07 of 2013, during course of which, they made inculpatory extra-judicial confessional statement and on the basis thereof, petitioner along with others have been remanded in this case. Neither, they have been put on T. I. Parade nor motorcycle has been recovered as yet. Chargesheet had already been submitted.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17413 of 2015 (03) dt.29-06-2015 Accordingly, petitioner, Randhir Bhagat is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Mr. Rajiv Kumar-IV, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sadar, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Mehsi P. S. Case no.298 of 2012.
