JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 2/ 26-06-2019 This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 05.02.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.60486 of 2017 by which petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No.29 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner could not surrender in time due to fear because threat was given to the petitioner by the informant.

In view of such, four weeks' further time from the date of receipt of copy of this order is granted to the petitioner to surrender before the Court below and, in that event, the Court

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32398 of 2019(2) dt.26-06-2019 2/2 below will release the petitioner on bail in terms of the order dated 05.02.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.60486 of 2017. This Modification Application is, accordingly, allowed.
