The petitioner seeks bail in Begusarai Town P.S. Case No 385/2014 registered for the offence under Section 467, 468 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant made allegation that on false assurance to get housing loan from Oversees Bank, the petitioner took Rs. 1,39,416/- from the informant and did not return. The petitioner also took cheques and deposited the same in the LIC.

It appears that the petitioner is in jail since 20.12.2014. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner is in jail for about three months, he is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten
