2. Pursuant to order dated 14.08.2019, the Principal Secretary, Department of Health, Government of Bihar is personally present and supplementary show cause has also been filed on behalf of the authorities. Perusal of the same discloses that the order of the Court dated 21.09.2017 passed in CWJC No. 12144 of 2008, has been complied with though making it subject to the decision in LPA No. 24 of 2019 and SLP (Civil) CC No.

Patna High Court MJC No.1306 of 2018 dt.06-09-2019 2/2 9775 of 2017. The matter has further been referred to the Accountant General, Bihar for issuing necessary authority.

3. Having regard to the aforesaid, the Court finds that nothing further remains and accordingly, the application stands disposed off.
