The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Excise Case No. 203 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

In view of the recovery of 4.125 litres of liquor from the sale counter belonging to the petitioner, I am not inclined to exercise my discretion for grant of anticipatory bail to him.
