JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 02-08-2022 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "(I) For issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the sale deed bearing No. 2146 dated 27.03.2019 which was registered under conspiracy without Ikrarnama (consent) during registration by changing the page no.3 of different non judicial stamp number with false signature, wherein Plot No. 1400 has been mentioned in place of Plot no. 1396 and the area and nature of the land is also different from original sale deed signed by the petitioner.
Patna High Court CWJC No.8965 of 2022(2) dt.02-08-2022 2/2 (ii) For issuance of order/ orders, direction/ directions in the nature of appropriate writ to the respondents for stopping the demolition of the constructed residential house and shops on the basis of false and forged sale deed which has been tempered and manipulated by registry office, Jamui, by way of changing the pages containing detail of property through false signature of the petitioner (seller)"
At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other remedies as are available under the law, including that of approaching the Superintendent of Police, Jamui. Liberty so sought is granted.
It is needless to state that for a period of four weeks, status quo existing as on today shall be maintained in order to enable the petitioner to avail alternative remedy available under the law and seek interim order.
The writ petition stands disposed of.
