JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-03-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in jail since 02.01.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that informant loaded paddy on a truck for being transported to one Kamal Agrawal at Dalkola but thereafter the truck was missing and when the petitioner being owner-cumdriver of truck was enquired, he gave threatening to informant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no proof on record that the paddy was loaded on the truck of the petitioner. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/-
