Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, some witnesses claimed to have seen the petitioner forcibly taken away the deceased and except the aforesaid material there appears to be nothing against the petitioner.

Accordingly, above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah in connection with Yogapatti
