The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mansi P. S. Case No. 32 of 2011 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302 and 328 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the case and in course of investigation, the informant himself as resiled from his allegations made in the FIR.
Regard being had to the statement of the informant as
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51762 of 2014 (3) dt.04-03-2015 2 / 2 recorded in para 54 and 135 of the case diary, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Mansi P.S.
