JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-02-2015 The present application has been filed with a prayer for bail in a case of misuse. Initially the petitioner was granted bail in a case was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 307, 324, 447 of the I.P.C.

The bail bonds of the petitioner was cancelled on 23.09.2010. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 15.12.2014.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner will appear before the learned Court below regularly.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5989 of 2015 (2) dt.13-02-2015 2/2 District Judge-VI, Patna City in connection with Sahpur P.S. Case No. 73 of 1987.

Learned Trial Court will be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner, if the petitioner defaults for two consecutive occasions during trial.
