The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 379, 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

A motorcycle bearing registration no. BR01-7L-3828 was recovered from the possession of the co-accused Kundan Kumar. From the possession of the petitioner Santosh Kumar, one mobile was recovered. The petitioner is in jail since 13.12.2014. The petitioner has already remained in jail for about four months and he has got no criminal antecedents as appears from the statement made in para 3 of the bail petition. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial
