2. The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 199 of 2015 arising out of Town (Hajipur) P.S. Case No. 94 of 2014 for the offences alleged under Sections 461, 379, 427, 436/34 of the Indian Penal Code having earlier been rejected by this Court by order dated 03.03.2015 in Cr. Misc. No. 44172 of 2014.
3. A report was called for by order dated 31.08.2016 from the trial Court pursuant to which a report dated 05.09.2016 has been received according to which the charge has been framed against the petitioner and summons issued for production of witnesses.
4. Considering the above, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of bail to the petitioner at this stage. The bail petition stands dismissed.
